Phase I

 50 sec work / 10 sec rest 3 rounds

  1. Squat/Touch/ Jump
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. V- Sit ups

Phase II 2 min work/20 sec rest 3 rounds

  1. Push up’s
  2. Sandbag Press
  3. Squats

Phase III 2min work 1 round

Reverse push- ups
