Rep challenge 3 time thru!  Post your time!

  1. 50 rep’s side hops
  2. 20 reps of plank step thru L&R
  3. 20 Reps of Rear Lunge with single leg hop
  4. 20 reps of lung press L&R – from lung position do single arm press from same side as rear leg
