Hit this one twice this weekend!

50 sec rest 10 sec work for 12 rounds

  1. Plank press-up, tuck jump
  2. Back lung, kick (Sandbag overhead)
  3. 5X Squat press /10X Mountain climbers or plank jacks
  4. Elevated push-ups, with knee to elbow L+R every other rep
