Phase I

50sec work 10sec rest for 12 rounds

1. Side Plank Burpee Left and Right

2. Around The World using the sandbag

3.  Side Lunge, Back Lunge, Cross Lunge using the sandbag

4. Bear Crawl 4 Jumps using the sandbag

Phase II

50 and 10 for 3 rounds

1.   Sit Up jap,cross

2.  Oblique Twists Using w/sandbage

3.  Plank Oblique And Drop
