  1. 5 jump lungs + 1 Burpee  (8X)
  2. 20 single arm dumbbell or sand bag swings (L)
  3. 20 single arm dumbbell or sand bag swings (R)
  4. 20 Side Crunch (L)
  5. 20 Side Crunch (R)
