Workout Break Down: 21 rounds 30 sec  work and 10 sec rest

1) One arm sand bag swing

2) Clean, Squat and Press, oblique Leg Lifts W/Sandbag

3) Plank Press Up , Star burpee

4) Backward Lunge With Kick w/sandbag

4) Alternating Abs

5) Half burpee

6) shovel lift w /sandbag 

7) Side to Side Abs w/sandbag
