Phase I – 10 laps warm up
Phase II – Set timer to 16 rounds of 50/10

1- 2 Tuck Jumps / 2 Squats
2- 5 Broncos / 5 In + Outs
3- Pushup / Side Plank
4- Plank toe touch (Left to right)
5- 10 High Knees / 5 Push Ups
6- Pushup / Walk in + Walk out
7- Plank Pressup / Star Burpee
8- Sliding Pushup

Phase III – Set timer to 5 rounds of 40/10

1-Triangles
2-Mason Twist
3-Leg Raise Reach Through
4-Hip Dips Left
5-Hip Dips Right
