Sandbag Sets
1. Sandbag front squat X 6 reps
2. Sandbag back squat X 6 reps
3. Sandbag shoulder press X 6 reps
4. Sandbag upright row X 6 reps
5. Sandbag bent over row X 6 reps
6. Sandbag swing X 6 reps
7. Sandbag curls X 6 reps

Rest for 90 seconds and repeat 6 times!
