 Set timer to 24 rounds of 40/10

 1-  2 Tuck Jumps  /  2  Squats

 2-  5 Broncos /  5 In + Outs

 3-  Plank Jack  /  Burpee

 4- Plank toe –touch (Left to right)

 5-  10 High Knees / 5 Push Ups

 6-  Pushup / Walk in + Walk out

 7-  Plank press up/ Star Burpee

 8-  Sliding Pushups
