Phase I – Set timer to 18 rounds of 50/10

 1-       8 High Knees / 8 Fast Feet / 8 Mountain Climbers

2-       Plank Step Out L+R / Hop In And Out

3-       Plank Jack / Hop In And Out L+R

4-       Chest Press / Knee Tuck

5-       Sandbag Sit Up / Press

6-       Plank Press / Push Up

Phase II – Go for a run
