Today’s Workout 4-25-2013

OLD SCHOOL! 10, 10, 10, and 10 for 10.   Make it 20 for those of you who want a bit more or modify up.  Complete the 4 exercises for 10 reps each for 10 mins with no rest

1. 10 Jumping Jacks (mod up – Squat Touch Jump)

2. 10 Squats  (mod up – Add Sandbag)

3. 10 Situps (mod up – Jacknife or V abs)

4. 10 Pushups (mod up – Plyo)
