Whether you are beginning with the HIIT training or just want to check your progress, a great place to start is our basic fitness test!! Download a free High Intensity Interval Timer (most are free) and mark your reps. Take the test again in a month or so and watch your results!

Set timer for 50/10 for 7 rounds-All bodyweight (no equipment necessary)
