2 rounds:

  1. 4x burpees
  2. 4x squats
  3. 4x lunge, each leg
  4. 4x jumping lunges, each leg
  5. 4x jump squats

4 rounds:

  1. 4x Push up / Single Arm Row/ clean
  2. 4x Hang Squat Clean + Lunge + Lunge + Push Press
  3. 4x Sandbag getup, each side
  4. 4x Shuttle run

40 sec rest / repeat
