Complete 20 of the following exercises at your own pace and modification.

  1. Burpees
  2. High Knees
  3. Bag Drop & Burpee Tuck Jump – sandbag
  4. Switch Lunge
  5. Plank Knee Tucks – Elbow & Cross (Alternate between L&R Legs)
  6. Overhead Lunge & Kick – Left Leg – Sandbag
  7. Tuck Jumps
  8. Overhead Lunge & Kick – Right Leg – Sandbag
  9. 500 High Knee Skips

 Phase III

10 seconds rest 50 seconds work. Rest in plank 😉

  1. 1o seconds Plank
  2. Oblique Hold & Reach Under – Left Side
  3. 10 seconds Plank
  4. Oblique Hold & Reach Under – Right Side
  5. 10 Seconds Plank
  6. Plank – Alternating Arm & leg Reach Out.
