  1. Squat touch jump
  2. Push up walk in/out
  3. Mason twist

 Phase II

50/10 for 20

  1. Side step up single leg squat / Right
  2. High knees
  3. Side step up single leg squat / left
  4. High Knees
  5. Push ups
  6. High Knees
  7. Squats
  8. High knees
  9. Tricep dips
  10. High knees
