  1. Commando Pushup
  2. Mountain Climbers
  3. Plank Press, 2 Mountain Climbers, Side plank / hip dip
  4. Push Up Clean Press Row w/sandbag
  5. Triceps Pushup / Tuck Jumps
  6. Lunge and Press using the w/sandbag

Phase II

50 sec work / 10 sec rest  for 3 rounds

  1. Sandbag Press with Leg Lift
  2. Bicycle Abs
  3. Knee To Elbow Plank Abs
  4. Commando Abs

Phase III

10 sprints
