  2. Squat / touch /jump
  3. Star sit ups

 Phase II

40 Seconds Work / 20 Second Rest.  12 rounds

  1. Squat & press sandbag
  2. Upright Row w/sandbag
  3. Chest Press w/ sandbag  or push ups
  4. 3 Point Bicep Curls w/sandbag
  5. Front Raise Lateral w/sandbag

 Cool down
