Today’s Workout 10-4-12

50 sec work and 10sec rest 3 time through-   Good luck 😉 

 1. Plank/press +2 jacks, Drag Bag  side to side using the Sandbag

 2. Monkey Press Up, Regular Push Up 

3.  Clean Press Side step squat

4.  10 Mountain Climbers, 10Kickouts

5.  Sandbag Swing – change at top using the pink Sandbag

6. Incline Push with Knee to Elbow
