2-SITOUTS-Begin with hands on the ground in front of you, lift left hand and slide right leg under you so that your right hip nearly meets the ground. Reverse and repeat alternating sides
3-SANDBAG LOWJACKS- like jumping jacks holding sandbag, staying LOW in half squat position
4-OVERHEAD SANDBAG KICKOUTS-begin in a reclined V position holding sandbag overhead, bring knees to chest and kick straight out, feet don’t touch the ground.
5-AROUND THE WORLD / SQUAT- begin with sandbag behind shoulders, rotate sandbag to the right and back to shoulder position, squat, repeat on the left side, squat, repeat alternating
6-PLYO STARS- begin in tuck position and explode into star
