1-Jumping Jacks
2-Jump Squat Floor Touch
3-Shuttle Runs

Phase II Rep Challenge

50 pull ups or reverse pushups
100 weighted abs (med ball toss up, sandbag mason twist, etc…)
50 chest press with sandbag
100 weighted squats with sandbag
