Today’s Workout 3-27-2012

300 rep challenge 2 exercizes

1) Sumo squat / step up -200 reps for time
—Stand to the left of chair or tire, full sumo squat, step up on tire with right foot, bring left knee high, then step back down to ground for full sumo squat for 100 reps
—Repeat on right side of tire with left side step ups 100 reps

2) Sandbag getups -100 reps total -50 each side
