Today’s workout is a pyramid set. Each exercise will be performed for 10 reps, then 9, then 8, then 7…all the way to 1.
1) pop-up (kneel on ground and pop up to squat position) to clean and press sandbag with back lunge
2) push-up to clean and press sandbag
3) push-up to standing upright row with sandbag. (pick up the sand bag and pull upright to chin)
4) sandbag curl
