1) 1 x Push-Up + Clean & Press & Squat & Press – Sandbag
2) Lunge & Press – Left Leg Sandbag
3) Lunge & Press – Right Leg -Sandbag
4) Pendulum plank-
- arms straight hand on the ground, legs straight, in the air, alternate picking up feet rapidly
5) Clean & Press Sandbag
6) Seated press and twist sandbag
- Start w/sandbag beside you, bring it to you chest , press overhead, replace on the other side.
