For class tonight, we will be doing bag drills.
For those of you who are following along at home: Set timer to 14 rounds 45/10. You will complete the follownig 2 times through
1- DIAGONAL KNEES LEFT-balanced on right leg with arms above head to the right, bring left knee up while crunching abs and arms down to meet knee. Repeat at high intensity
2-SANDBAG CURL-select appropriate weight but push it
3-DIAGONAL KNEES RIGHT-balanced on left leg with arms above head to the left, bring right knee up while crunching abs and arms down to meet knee. Repeat at high intensity
4-ELEVATED PLANK KNEE TUCK ROTATIONS- begin in plank position with feet elevated on tire or chair, bring knee to chest, knee out to the side then return to tire, repeat alternating
5-GRASSHOPPERS-like mountain climbers but exaggerated with knee up next to your shoulder and foot at shoulder height
6-MED BALL TOSS UP- Sit ups with med ball toss up at the top. Keep feet off the ground for added intensity.
7-DIAMOND PUSHUPS- Form a diamond with your thumbs and index fingers meeting. Diamond should be center chest for the pushups
