Officer Paul Rondeau from Manchester Police Department will be joining us for Saturday’s class to have a brief discussion with the kids regarding general safety. After that, we will have a recap of the month’s no-gi training and a stripe test. Please plan for the class to run later than usual. Work hard everyone, lets’ get those stripes!
