Phase 1 – Quick run for a warm up or 100 jumping jacks if inside
Phase 2 – All bodyweight! Set timer to 15 rounds of 50/10

1- Prisoner Getups
2- Dead Man Burpees
3- Bridge Single Leg Raise
4- Tuck Abs
5- Lizard Pushups
