Each phase is 30 sec work and 10 sec rest for 8 Rounds

Phase 1 – Surfer Popups / Cross Under Pushups

Phase 2 – Ninja Popup Tuck Jump / Reach Through Abs

Phase 3 – Lowjacks / Leg Raises

Phase 4 – High Knees / Curl + Press
