1) 2 Push Ups / Sandbag Clean / 2 Squat Jumps

2) Ninja Popup / Sandbag Press up + Back Lunge

3) Shoulder Press + Squat / Two Pushups / Tuck Jump – Alternate between Shoulders

4) 10 Mountain Climbers / 10 High Knees

5) Pushup / Upright Row with sandbag

6) Pushup / Knee to Elbow
