  1. 3 Power Burpee / 1 Burpee
  2. 3 SB clean and press / 5 squats
  3. Squat / touch / jump
  4. Scorpion push- ups
  5. Triceps dips
  6. Bent over SB row or Rev push ups or Pull ups
