Today’s Workout 2-27-2013

Station drills! 50/15 18 rounds.   Look familiar?  Yes it is the weekend workout but it was so good, its worth doing again.  Add your own level of intensity to get what you want out of the workout. 

-Pull ups or Reverse Pushups with straps
-Tire Jump
-Jump Rope
-Heavy Bag Ground and Pound
-Varied Pushups
-Medicine Ball Mason Twist
-Med Ball Leg Raises                                                                                                                                                                                                    -Hanging Heavy Bag Elbows
-Sandbag Curls
