5) Squat & Side Leg Lift
6) Mountain Climbers

Work out rep challenge 50 reps each

1- Jumping squats
2- High Knees
3- Bag Drop & Burpee Tuck Jump – using sandbag
4- Switch Lunge
5- Plank Knee to Elbow & Cross
6- Squat Touch Jumps
7- Overhead Lunge Back & Kick – Left Leg – using sandbag
8- Tuck Jumps
9- Overhead Lunge Back & Kick – Right Leg – using sandbag
10-Crab toe touch abs
11-Various push ups
