1-HIGH KNEES-cardio..hopping from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high. 90% output
2-FEET UP / FEET OUT-Laying flat, press legs out approx 6″ off the ground, then bend knees in and press feet up towards ceiling raising hips, then back out horizontally, repeat. Feet never touch the ground
3-HIGH KNEES- cardio..hopping from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high. 90% output
4-MED BALL MASON TWIST-begin in a reclined V positon holding med ball. Twisting torso, touch the ground with med ball on each side. Keep feet off the ground for added intesntity
5-HIGH KNEES-cardio..hopping from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high. 90% output
6-CRAB TOE TOUCH- begin in crab position and raise left leg, touch left foot with right hand, repeat alternating. Don’t fall over!
7-HIGH KNEES-cardio..hopping from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high. 90% output
8-MED BALL TOSS UP- Sit ups with med ball toss up at the top. Keep feet off the ground for added intensity.
9-HIGH KNEES-cardio..hopping from one foot to the next. Bring those knees high. 90% output
10-HIP DIPS RIGHT- begin in a firm side right side plank position, dip and raise right hip. Hang in there!
