2-PLYO SPLIT LUNGES

3-CENTER SANDBAG SWING

4-SINGLE LEG SWING / JUMP -RIGHT-swing right leg forward, behind, touch the ground with right hand, jump with left leg. Repeat with right leg never touching the ground.

5-SINGLE LEG SWING / JUMP -LEFT-swing left leg forward, behind, touch the ground with left hand, jump with right leg. Repeat with left leg never touching the ground.

6-SANDBAG PRESS / SQUAT JUMP
