Weekend Workout 4-6-2012

Set timer to 40 reps of 20/10 and do 8 reps of each before moving on to the next one. One time through

1) High knees or jump rope skip-4 minutes total

2) Burpees-4 minutes total

3) Switch lunges-4 minutes total

4) Long jump forward followed by two small jumps back to starting position-4 minutes total

5) Shuffle jump, alternate legs (plyometric step forward pushing off back leg into lunge position, jump back pushing off of front leg, switch)-4 minutes total
