Set your timer to 24 rounds of 30 seconds work with a 10 second rest – try to get in as many repetitions of the following exercises as you can

1) Push Up Box Jump (use tire or chair)
2) V sit up
3) Low Jacks Squat with sandbag
4) Squat and Press with sandbag
5) Sand Bag Pick Up
6) Side Plank Abs
7) Side Plank Abs
