Time yourself for 25 reps of the following exercises

1) 25 Burpee & Push-Up
2) 25 One Leg Step-Ups with sandbag – Right Leg
3) 25 One Leg Step-Ups with sandbag – Left Leg
4) 25 Push Ups
5) 5 High Knees + Drop ( 25 Times )
6) 50 Mountain Climbers ( 25 Each Leg )
7) 25 Tricep Dips
8) 25 Squats with sandbag
9) 25 Stand to Plank
10) 50 side to side jumping planks (toe to elbow-25 Each Side)
11) 50 V Star Switch Abs (25 Each Side)
