Set timer for 50/10 for 7 rounds

Squat Jump

Push Ups


High Knees

Switch Lunges

Tuck Jumps

Straight Abs


Set your timer for 20 sec rest /2.00 min work for six (6) rounds

· Elevated push up and dip (Do two elevated push ups followed by 5 dips, you can use a chair)

· 21′s – Wide push up, close grip push up, push up with plank jack (7 reps each)

· Chest press with sand bag (lay on your back and press sand bag like a bench press)
