3) 2 x Push-Ups Jump Over Sandbag

1) Wood chop – Knee to Shoulder (Left Side)-Sandbag
–Sand bag next you on the ground, pick it up and bring to your opposite shoulder, raise knee to shoulder and repeat
2) Wood chop – Knee to Shoulder (Right Side) Pink Sandbag
–Sand bag next you on the ground, pick it up and bring to your opposite shoulder, raise knee to shoulder and repeat
