Complete the following 4 exercise 3 time thought – Time yourself

Remember don’t sacrifice form for speed!!!

1. Kick & Lunge (10 x L & 10 x R) – 20 Total

2. Single Arm curls- sand bag (5 reps each arm)

3. Squat & 1/2 Burpee (10 x L & 10 x R) 20 total with sand bag

4. Alternating V-sit ups to toe touch(opposite hand to foot) x 10
