Great Judo class tonight. Small, but focused.
After a few squats, and a few more squats, we we picked up from last nights jujitsu class, working on some of the fine ponts of Ogoshi.
Sensei Rick was on the mat, and we continued developing practicing and refining Ouchi-gari.
Everyone got to throw the line at the end of the night, executing ouchi-gari against a moving uke.
