Repeat the following 4 exercises 6 times as fast as you can with good form!

1) 50 x High Knee Skips

2) 10 x Burpees

3) 10 x Sandbag Squats

4) 10 x Straight Abs

Set timer to 3 rounds of 50 / 10

1) Plank Knee to opposite chest

2) Star Situps with toes touch

3) Plank Knee to elbow
