Phase I

  1. Squat / touch/ jump
  2. Half Burpee/ 4 wide MT climbers/ Burpee
  3. Scorpion push ups L&R
  4. Ninja get up / Clean press

Phase II
50 sec work / 10 sec rest 5 rounds

  1. Crab Toe touch – turnover- step thru toe touch (L&R)
  2. Plank Circles left
  3. Side Plank dip- left
  4. Plank Circles right
  5. Side Plank dip- Right
