Checkmate Self Defense

We will be closed on Fridays from June 1st until Sept 10th /2010

Adult Judo class Wednesdays  7:30 to 9:00 PM

Youth class Thurdays 5:00 to 5:45PM

We had our first class and we had an awesome showing. We had guys from all different PD’s show up. The night was fast paced and we all got a great work out in. The next block of instruction is going to be: January 25^th- Spontaneous Knife Defense to arrest and control. This is a very intense 2 hour block of instruction. We will be utilizing the SHOCK KNIFE and marking knifes.
