Reminder no kids class this Saturday, September 3rd or Labor Day Monday. We are open this coming Monday for Adult classes.

Please contact Leigh Rossi 603-666-5836, lrossi@checkmateselfdefense.com for more info or check out our website CHECKMATEMA.COM Professor Castoldi has over 32 years experience in a wide range of styles including, jujitsu, judo, kung fu, professional wrestling, and bare knuckles street fighting. He holds an 8th degree in jujitsu, a 1st degree in Karate, and a 3rd degree in judo. His instructors include Albert J. Castoldi, John Hogan, Master Win Chil Wu, and Professor Wally Jay.

Take exit 5 off of the Everett tpke, rt off the exit, left onto commercial st and Waumbec Building is a few mills down on the left. Enter through the north entrance, were on the 2nd floor at the northernmost end of the building.

Congratulations to our newest Brown Belts

I would like to express my congratulations to our newest Brown Belts. The test was challenging! It pushed everyone to a new level. I am very proud of all of you for your achievement and performance. It has been a long journey to get to this point and I look forward to promoting all of you to the rank of Shodan in the near future! Keep up the great work and keep walking through the door! I would also like to extend a special thanks to all of you that played a part in the test. Without your collective participation it would not have been possible to have such and outstanding test!

New FREE Fittness Class Added

I am please to announce that starting on Friday 8/6/2010 Checkmate Martial arts will be hosting a Free “Insanity” style workout every Friday night from 6 – 7:30. Darren Hook from Beach body fitness will be teaching this intense exercise program. This FREE class is open to members and Non-members of Checkmate. Please join me in welcoming him to the Checkmate family!!
