Phase II – Set timer to 16 rounds of 30/10-Partner Kicking Drills

1-Partner 1 Right Knees
2-Partner 2 Right Knees
3-Partner 1 Left Knees
4-Partner 2 Left Knees
5-Partner 1 Right Round Kicks
6-Partner 2 Right Round Kicks
7-Partner 1 Left Round Kicks
