Today’s Workout 3-24-2014

This one is from back in the begnning of HIIT. The goal is maximum output 90%! As always, modify if necessary

1. High knees with Jump rope (or no rope your choice)
 8 rounds / 20 sec work / 10 sec rest = 4min

2. Burpees (I’m sorry)
 8 rounds / 20 sec work / 10 sec rest = 4min

3. Jump lunges (you’ve all done these in class make sure you get low enough into the lunge position. The modification is the switch lunge without the jump.)
 8 rounds / 20 sec work / 10 sec rest = 4min

4. Broad jump / 2 back
 8 rounds / 20 sec work / 10 sec rest = 4min

5. Crossbody Knees CARDIO
 8 rounds / 20 sec work / 10 sec rest = 4min
