Set timer to 20 rounds of 50/10

1. 10 High Knees / 10 Mountain Climbers
2. 2 Squat Jumps / 2 Push-ups / 1 Tuck Jumps
3. Plank Jacks
4. 5 Tuck Jumps / 5 ½ Burpees
5. Single Leg Pushups (Left then Right)
6. Switch Lunge / Press
7. 5 Weighted Squats / 5 Jumping Squats
8. Standing Obliques
9. Push up with one Plank Jack
10. Fast Feet
