1- 2 Tuck Jumps / 2 Squats

2- 5 Broncos / 5 In + Outs

3- Plank Jack Burpee

4- Plank toe–touch (Left to right)

5- 10 High Knees / 5 Push Ups

6- Pushup / Walk in + Walk out

7- Plank press up / Star Burpee

8- Sliding Pushups
