2. 5 Broncos /  5 In and Outs

3. Burpee

4. Plank toe –touch (Left to right)

5.  10 High Knees / 5 Pushups

6. Push- up Walk in /Walk out

7. Plank pressup/ Star Burpee

8. Sliding Pushups

Phase II – Set timer to 3 rounds of 50/10

1-Scissor Abs

2-Reach Throughs

3-Side to Side Ankle Touch
