Set timer to 20 rounds of 50/10

1- 10 High Knees / 10 Mountain Climbers
2- 2 Squat Jumps / 2 Pushups / 1 Tuck Jump
3- Plank Jacks
4-  5 Tuck Jumps / 5  ½ Burpees to low squat hold
5- Single Leg Pushups Alternating
6-  Switch Lunge + Press
7- 10 Sandbag Squats / 10 Squat Jumps
8- Standing Knee to Elbow Oblique Crunch Alternating
9. Push up / Plank Jack
10. Burpees
